Thank you for trying out Volgistics! We think you'll find it to be an invaluable resource for managing your volunteer information, and helping to reduce the time you spend on tedious database activity.

Make a note of your account number and keep it in a safe place. You'll need this number to access Volgistics or make changes to your account. Since your account number is part of the credentials needed to access your account, you should safeguard it as you would a password. Give your account number only to those you want to access Volgistics, or the Volgistics Team if they ask for it.

If you can't remember your password, you can click the ' Forget your password?' link on the Login page to reset your password by email.

How Trial Accounts Work

There is no cost or obligation for your trial account. It includes the same functionality and capabilities as a paid account, but it's limited to two System Operators and 50 volunteer records. You'll also have full access to both the VicNet and VicTouch modules during your trial period. You can even send email and text messages!

Your trial account is yours for 30 days, starting Tuesday, October 16, 2018 and ending on Thursday, November 15, 2018. If you find that you need more than 30 days, two operators, or 50 records to complete your evaluation, you may activate your account for as little as one month at a time and choose the service level which you feel will suit your evaluation needs.

Upgrading To a Paid Account

We hope you'll find Volgistics to be a great tool for tracking volunteers and coordinating volunteer efforts. If you choose to keep Volgistics you can upgrade your trial account to a paid account at the secure Volgistics Store. You can upgrade during your trial period, or up to 60 days after your trial expires. You may continue using the information you entered during your trial, or you can clear it and start over.

Getting Help

Volgistics includes a searchable online help library, an online tour, and a Getting Started guide.

In addition, all accounts include free, unlimited online support. So feel free to post a question for the Volgistics Team if you're unable to find the answer. Just choose "Help" from the menu inside Volgistics, or visit our Support page to submit an inquiry. Or, send an email to team@volgistics.com.

Our support staff is available from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm Eastern on weekdays, from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern on Saturdays, and they check for inquiries at least once Saturday evenings and at least three times during the day on Sundays. We can answer most questions right away during support hours.
