STORY: MAKING A BIG IMPACT

A woman was rescued out of homelessness and substance abuse earlier this month. With one simple act of a stranger, she received our homelessness support line number ... by the grace of God and her courage, she decided to call.

Our support team answered her call and, after speaking with her, were able to get her connected with a program that suited her needs. 

This is such a short story; however, its simplicity highlights the remarkable influence each of you is having. 

Our wonderful volunteers who spread the hope of our mission made it possible for this woman to receive our support line number.

Financial contributions from our faithful partners make it possible for us to have dedicated staff who answer our homelessness support lines. Your gifts made it possible to cover the cost of this woman's program fees.

The story shared may be brief, but it represents a transformational moment in this woman's life. Each step of the journey — no matter how seemingly small — has an unbelievable impact.

FINAL WEEK: BE THE ONE TO IGNITE!

The Out of Darkness initiative is a tried and true service model leader for outreach, rescue, and emergency safe housing in the fight against sex trafficking. Over the past eight years, working together with our dedicated partners, our teams have been able to rescue over 1,500 individuals out of very dark places in their lives.

While we are making incredible strides, countless individuals are left without adequate options.

The good news is that we have an incredible opportunity to replicate this program model and continue expanding to the four corners of the world.
