Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand.
And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.
Romans 5:1-4

It's hard to believe 2021 is nearly behind us -- and what a year it has been thanks to your contributions to Frontline Response. We recognize that none of this would be possible without the dedicated support of our partners!

Hope is defined as a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen, an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one's life or the world at large. As a verb, its definitions include: "expect with confidence" and "to cherish a desire with anticipation." Hope is an anticipatory emotion.

However, hope can be a fleeting concept when the side effects of traumatic experiences impact our capacity to believe in the future. Far too many in our world live without hope for a brighter tomorrow. Victims' stories are often multi-layered and complex, but their past does not define who they are as a child of God. Their current circumstances do not determine the future plans that the Lord has for them to walk out their purpose according to His will.

We cannot possibly thank you enough for providing hope to those who suffer. Your faithful support inspires us to persevere and to be the best version of ourselves that we can be, to serve with renewed passion, and to continue to strive for excellence in all that we do to honor the trust you have placed in the mission of Frontline Response.

Thank you for serving on the frontlines with us in this incredible journey!

We are both honored and humbled to share with you our 2021 Impact Report.. Together, we will continue to respond to the call of individuals in crisis, living into the hope of captives freed from chains of fear, or want, or greed. The Lord proclaims their full release to faith and joy and hope and peace!
