RescueTime personal time management

Welcome to RescueTime, the best way to learn about your attention and productivity!

By now, you hopefully have the RescueTime desktop application installed and logging time. You should see time in your reports within a few minutes.

You can install the app on as many devices as you like. RescueTime is available for Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOs and Android.

What happens now?

With the RescueTime app running, interesting statistics about the applications and websites you use throughout the day will be recorded and displayed on your dashboard on RescueTime.com.

At the end of each week, you will get a personalized (private) email report of your time, and there are several tools within RescueTime you can use to make changes if you spot something you would like to change.

To do even more with your time, try connecting your RescueTime account to one of our many integrations like Gyroscope, IFTTT, and Zapier.
