At Eventbrite, we're constantly looking for ways to improve our events marketplace. One of the ways we do this is by regularly reviewing our terms and policies to make Eventbrite the best it can be for our community. Below are some important updates to our online terms that take effect March 27, 2024. |
We're updating the legal terms that govern the use of the Eventbrite marketplace for all of our users, including creators and consumers. We've made changes to our arbitration clause, which is our preferred dispute forum. Please read section 9 of our updated Terms carefully. We have also added additional provisions on our use of cookies, pixels and other technologies. To see all changes, please review our updated Terms of Service. |
To better support the needs of our event organizers, we've introduced new plans, including Eventbrite Pro subscriptions and Eventbrite Flex plans. These plans have new pricing structures to publish events and provide access to marketing tools to help you promote and spread the word with your attendees. We've also simplified our online terms by moving the terms governing our marketing tools and Eventbrite Ads into the Merchant Agreement. To see all changes, please review our updated Merchant Agreement. By continuing to use Eventbrite to host and discover events, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our updated Terms of Service and Merchant Agreement.
