We’ve Been Quiet. We’ve Also Been Building.

Gwendolyn

For some time, you may have noticed that Frontline Response has been quieter than usual.

That quiet has not meant inactivity.

Behind the scenes, we have been rebuilding, strengthening our programs and working alongside DeKalb County and community partners to prepare Frontline for a much larger role in addressing housing insecurity.

Today, we are excited to share the next chapter.

Frontline Response is entering a new season of leadership, co-led by Linsey Wisdom, Executive Director, and Christina Moss-Crawford, Senior Vice President of Operations.

Together, we bring two complementary areas of expertise to this work: the business strategy, organizational development, communications and partnerships needed to grow Frontline—and the operational systems, processes, people and accountability needed to make that growth sustainable.

And we are building for a very real need.

Frontline is positioning itself to serve more than 400 men, women and children through a growing continuum of services across DeKalb County, including:

  • Emergency shelter and temporary-to-permanent housing support
  • Warming and cooling centers during extreme weather
  • Fast Track transportation connecting financially insecure residents to medical treatment and day services
  • Safe Haven Parking for individuals and families living in their vehicles
  • Food, hygiene, outreach, case management and stabilization services

This is what we have been building while things seemed quiet.

Government partnerships and strong operations are only part of the answer. Frontline has always depended on a community of donors, volunteers, churches, businesses and friends who believe our neighbors deserve dignity, safety and a pathway toward stability.
If you have supported Frontline before, we want to invite you back into the story.

The need has grown. Our capacity is growing with it. And we are building an organization prepared to turn that capacity into lasting impact.

Give Today

As our CEO and National President Terry T. Tucker, Esq. shares: “Linsey and Christina bring complementary strengths that allow us to strengthen Frontline from the inside while expanding the way we serve our community. We have been doing the hard work of building the foundation for sustainable growth, and now we are asking our donors, partners and friends to build this next chapter with us.”

We haven’t been quiet. We’ve been getting ready.
And we would be honored to have you alongside us.

With gratitude,
Linsey Wisdom
